I took the PJM this morning. Midway through the first set of questions the proctor asked to do a room scan. Another room scan in the middle of the exam while the time was running. Then shortly after  sent me a chat message not to whisper. If that wasn't enough then later got another request  to do another scan! The room was completely empty. This was extremely annoying not only did I waste available exam time but totally lost my concentration from being annoyed by this person. I finally ask through the chat "why do you keep bothering me while I'm testing?". He/She apologized and did'nt do it again. Totally annoying!

In May a similar situation happened to me! while I was taking the test the proctor was interrupting me to tell me not to touch my face with my fingers or turn my head or move my hands unless I were to type. The proctor constantly interrupted me and every time she interrupted me she was using my exam time and stressing me out.

This month I had an issue with PSI

I am so upset that they had technical difficulties and cannot handle things right so we take the test in peace and right away. I think that their irresponsibility makes candidates stressed out and unable to concentrate to take the test. The same issue you had, my test was at 10:30 am and I was in at 10 am. After calling several times I got a ticket # from PSI and NCARB did nothing to resolve the issue right away. I am not sure what is that they are doing, but this needs to stop. Candidates are not supposed to suffer and have so much tension before they take a test while the responsible people are relaxing in their chairs.

Candidates, please do not be afraid to talk about your experience until they at least fix the major issues...
