    I reached out for a fourth time in the past few weeks this morning and still no response. Please have NCARB Customer Service reach out to me as soon as possible.

    Yes! I spoke with customer service this morning. We decided to cancel my exam with Prometric and NCARB issued me a new seat credit that I can use to schedule an exam with PSI. They are also refunding the cost of my exam so I think this was a reasonable solution.
