Thank you HaythamNCARB, I did not have a chart for storm water management, and believe I learned from Ballast & Amber Book of below:

    • Best to use an infiltration basin for storm water management (allowing slow release of water back to the water table, avoiding dumping into a storm sewer like a catch basin does)
    • Or include a bioswale (filter and recharge aquifer), or a water cistern (harvest rainwater for reuse) depending on conditions

Might be relevant for highwater table:

    • Build a waterproof foundation
    • Pump the water from the foundation out
    • Slope the ground away from the foundation
    • Use poorly graded gravel, add perforated drainage pipe around the site

Or what I learned from someone in real life (non-applicable for exams):

    •  Make sure your site is 50-100 ft above sea level ;D (and this is very conservative and few cities will be able to meet this)

    Hi Yulinpeng,

Is it possible to share your e-mail as to ask more question about your studying method and notes taking resources?
