AIA Contract Documents for Review

Hello, 

It seems like just a few months ago I was able to easily access sample versions of the AIA contracts, to review for my exams. Now it is very difficult to find versions for study. 

Has there been a change? Am I being ridiculous? Thanks for any help you can offer!

    It appears that the AIA now directs users to embedded samples of its contract documents - meaning they can no longer be searched, saved via PDF, and/or printed for study. That's incredibly unfortunate. However, it appears that previously linked PDF versions do still show up in web search results. Simply search "AIA B101 sample," for example. I suggest going ahead and downloading a copy of every document listed in NCARB's ARE Guidelines before they are potentially taken down.

    Thank you for your information - that is such a bummer - but I suppose I understand.

    Thank you, Matthew. Today (Jan 15, 2023), I was able to find and download sample PDF copies of the AIA contracts easily online. All came from the AIA, and they are all searchable.

    Today is July 1,2024, and nothing is accessible, you have to pay for it.

    TareqMasri, check out page 121 of the ARE 5.0 Guidelines. There are instructions on how to access free samples of AIA contract documents through your NCARB Record.

    Today is April 28, 2025, It seems the AIA contract link disappear from the NCARB quick links again. (T . T)

    I can see it too but cannot get past this page:
    Looks like the there is a button missing on this page to proceed.

    But you can still access the preview version at AIA Contract Documents website. Just need to google it.

    For me, when I click the three boxes, all the links turn blue.

    Now I see it. We are supposed to check ALL the boxes to activate the links. I was confused at first. Thanks JCorrington.
