When to use Arch-led design build/ Looking for PCM test advise.
Hi, there is a question from NCARB practice exam related to Design-Build, the answer is BDE. In this scenario, why can't the architect respond to this RFP and list the contractor as the consultant?
Besides the practice exam question, I am also looking for advice to take PCM. I noticed many questions are composed in a weird way that's hard for me to relate to study materials; pick 3 and pick 4 become a lucky wheel game. I read through AHPP, Ballast and did well in practice exams, early this year I passed PJM and CE. Stucking with PCM really has been a big discouragement and brings a lot of confusion. It would be very much appreciated if someone could offer some help here, thank you in advance.

The answer states "CBA submits an RFP response and fee and lists BGC as the consulting contractor." the contractor can't be the consultant to Architect as they can't perform professional services and hold professional liability insurance. The standard for D&B is Contactor led D&B which is number E, for D&B led by the Architect the scenario should be " CBA submits an RFP response and fee and lists BGC as the contractor"
