Passed all exams... How long for NCARB to transmit records?
I finally did it! I passed my final exam.. PPD... I was already preparing myself to schedule a retake when I found out I passed. Well, a pass is a pass and I couldn't be happier.
But, now that I've passed them all.. what now?
There was no 'CONGRATULATIONS! YOU PASSED ALL SECTIONS OF THE ARE!' or anything.. no note on my dashboard.. nothing?!?
I still haven't received an email, which I would think would come right away..
The only thing I did see was that exam dashboard was updated to reflect the PASS with my passing score report... but that's it.. no additional information saying something like, 'Please allow 'x' amount of days for NCARB to review / transmit your record' or anything like that..
So what now? Do I email NCARB? Do I reach out to my state board? It's taken me so long to get to this point, I want to keep the momentum going and FINISH THIS!
FYI, I am in California so not sure if the transmit time is different in this state then in other's... Also, the sooner the California board gets my records, the sooner I can schedule my California State Exam.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!!!

It takes a few days to process through NCARB's system to receive confirmation that you have completed the AXP and ARE requirements. You should shortly receive a follow-up email to confirm that your Record has been transmitted to your state board. This email will contain further instructions to complete your state application.
In my experience, you should wait until your Record has been transmitted to get the licensing/additional requirements process rolling with your state. Congratulations!

My last test was Aug 22nd. Got an email Aug 23rd that my score report was available. Got an email Aug 24th that said "Congratulations on Completing the AXP and ARE!". Got an email Aug 24th later in the day that said they had sent my NCARB Record to my state. I mailed my application to my state Aug 24th. Got an email Aug 30th from the state saying they had received my application and will be checking it for completeness.

Thanks everyone for your feedback.. it's much appreciated.. Just wanted to give a quick update on the timeframes I am seeing with NCARB and the California board (for anyone that is interested)...
Monday 8/29/2022 - Took the test in the morning.
Tuesday 8/30/2022 - I woke up around 3am (PST) and the NCARB dashboard had been updated to reflect a PASS and I could download my score report.
Tuesday 8/30/2022 - Received email from NCARB telling me that my score report was available at 12:18 pm PST.
Wednesday 8/31/2022 - Received email from NCARB at 6:09am (PST) telling me 'Congratulations, our records indicate you completed AXP and the ARE.'... Please note that the email from NCARB also quoted 45 business days for my record to be reviewed and then sent to California.. that is 9 weeks!
Thursday 9/1/2022 - Received an email from California board (CAB) asking me to update my address.. I had moved and updated it with NCARB but had forgotten to do it with CAB. I quickly updated the info and sent it back to them. CAB was very quick to respond to my emails.. I heard back from them within 30 minutes each time I emailed them back... On their last email to me they confirmed that I do qualify for the CSE and that they will be sending me a physical application in tomorrow's mail and to allow a couple of days for it to arrive to me.
After I receive the application, I can fill it out, return it with the application fee and then they will send me a confirmation letter that will allow me schedule my test. Assuming a couple of days to receive the application, a couple days for them to receive it back with payment, and then a couple of days to get the confirmation letter, I am probably looking at 1-2 weeks from tomorrow before I can schedule my test.
All in all, things seem to be moving pretty quickly which is good. I was little worried when I got the email from NCARB quoting the 45 business days.. that said, I had completed my AXP a long time ago, so I'm guessing that probably helped me .. as they didn't have to review any additional submitted time reports, etc.
I hope this is of some help to others who have recently passed..
Good Luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor.

Update:
I received the application from CAB (California Architect's Board) on Tuesday 9/6/22.. it was mailed on Friday 9/2/22. I got the application filled out and back in the mail (with check) that same day. Did my fingerprinting and background check the next day on 9/7/22...
Now all that is left is to get the notice that I can schedule my exam.. and then of course PASS.. Hoping to have my license by the end of this year!

Hi Mariana,
See below for an updated timeline. The only thing I don't recall exactly was the date I received the letter from CAB letting me know that I can schedule the exam with PSI.. it was sometime between 9/27/22 and 10/7/22, but I know it came at least a couple of days before the 7th.
9/6/22 Received application in the mail
9/6/22 Mailed application with check to CAB (certified mail)
9/7/22 Did fingerprintig and background check
9/15/22 Emailed CAB as I had not heard anything. Was told it usually takes them a couple of days after the check is cashed to process the application... FYI, my check had still not been cashed by this point.
9/21/22 Received letter in the mail from CAB. I had forgotten to sign my application, so they sent it back to me for my signature and a new check.
9/27/22 Mailed application and check to CAB.. again.
10/7/22 Scheduled exam with PSI
10/12/22 CAB cashed my check
