ADA Ramp

We all know that ada ramp is 1:12. What about if zoning requires 1:10? FYI, this is just a scenario. Which one to follow?

  The more stringent one. The way I understand it, and correct me if I’m wrong, but In this scenario you would take the less steep ramp, 1:12. If the city requires 1:14, then it would be 1:14 would be less steep.
