PPD Prometric ProProctor testing issues

I signed in to take my PPD test today and couldn't load my photo or ID. First when I signed in my photo loaded fine and it would not load my ID. So I logged out rebooted my computer and started the process again to download the ProProctor application and do the system check. Everything checked out fine. Started to take my photo and the same thing happened again. The application said 'error unable to load photo'. I did this process about 7 more times while calling NCARB and PROPROCTOR on 2 separate lines to get some help. I was not able to get any assistance. I eventually sent NCARB an email with snap shots of my computer screen. This is the first time I have encountered this issue. Has anyone else had a similar problem when trying to take a remote exam?

You need to report this to NCARB right away and get a seat credit!
