Today’s 6pm ET first-ever “Emerging-professions PLUS already-licensed architects crossover event” is titled, “Entrepreneurship! (+ insurance)” You’ll take the first five minutes of class to answer the question alone, but if you would like to get a head-start on that, here is the assignment.

What types of insurance does the AIA suite of design-bid-build agreements obligate the architect to purchase and maintain?

This is the 92nd weekly study session, but the first time we’ve invited all architects--licensed and unlicensed (usually we just invite those who are actively studying to these sessions). If you’re studying for PcM, PjM, or CE, this session is for you; if you’ve already earned your architecture license (or intend to), this session will be for you as well.
