Pending Eligibility Approval

I took an exam yesterday and the preliminary results were "likely pass", now I'm getting a Pending Eligibility Approval message instead of the awaiting score message. What is happening? I am current on my bills with NCARB and the state, so that is not the issue.

  I took Programming & Analysis yesterday and now having the same issue of "Pending Eligibility Approval" with my exam score as well.
