Net Gross Useable Rentable?

What are the definitions of net square footage, gross square footage, useable floor area and rentable floor area? What is included and excluded? Which one excludes vestibules?

 

Where can I find this information? I looked in the IBC, Ballast and Amber and there are conflicting definitions. Thanks!

  The book Problem Seeking by William Pena has the definitions that NCARB uses.
