Exam times and time change

I scheduled a exam for "9:00AM Mountain Time" after the beginning of daylight savings. I live in Arizona that is on Mountain Time, but does not observe daylights savings.

Who do I contact to determine if my test at 9:00AM or 8:00AM Arizona time? And how do I get NCARB to change the the time indicated on my record from "Mountain Time" to "Mountain Time, does not observe daylight savings" or something to that effect?

  I called the testing center, and they said all exams are local time. NCARB needs to add the note that all exams are in local time to the exam dashboard.
