The official tests are good on the website, along with Amberbooks. I'm curious as to what others think, though. As I have now taken PPD a few times.

I just passed PPD this week which was my final division. What worked for me because this one’s a beast is taking mock exams for both PA and PDD on top of PPD of course. I took all three mock exams from Elief, NCARB and Amberbook. Also supplemented weakness areas with Hyperfine questions. The key for me was getting my hands on as many questions as possible leading up to exam day. In my experience there is more PA overlap than PDD. Protip - don’t get into the minutiae of heavily tested topics in the adjacent divisions. I’ve found that if they pop up on PPD they’re typically pretty high level and if you have a general grasp of the topic it’ll be sufficient to answer correctly on exam day.

I just got this arequestions by Elif. Was hoping to have more than just 1 test for PDD. I thought the bundle would have exam and also multiple quiz sections. Any idea if and where I can find that? I am currently using Black Spectacles as a second source and the free Amber Book videos on Youtube.

What you’re looking for should be included in Elifs package. Reach out to her.

I wouldn’t recommend reading anything cover to cover. The only thing I’d really read is FEMA 454 ch 4,5 and 9…maybe 8 too. Seismic is becoming more important. With Amberbook I didn’t need to read anything else. If you need to shore anything up elif and hyperfine provide book/ch references on their questions. Except for AGS most are free online. Goodluck.

I use the Ballast exam and practice questions booklet. I find that the Ballast questions are particularly difficult and help to fill in any gaps. Like others, I also use Elif, Amberbook and NCARB.
