End session without notice the Proctor
Hi,
I finished my PPD exam about 30 minutes before the scheduled end time. However, I accidentally clicked “End Session” instead of “End Exam”, and the system immediately shut me out.
After that, my NCARB exam page still shows the “Launch Exam” button and has not updated. When I click it, a message appears saying that the exam session has ended.
My question is: did my exam submit successfully, or is my exam considered invalid due to this issue?
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Yuchen

My concern is that I could not rely on the submission or transmittal process, as no confirmation was received, unlike when the exam is properly submitted by clicking “End Exam.” I have already reported this issue. Without a confirmation of exam submission, the reliability of the data transmittal cannot be assured.

Hi Dmitri,
This is what NCARB reply to me: "
It shouldn't at all - the software should take care of it all on the back end, and you should see a score report pop up within the usual timeframe. Most people see their score reports there first, usually 5 business days after they tested, the Guidelines state 7-10 calendar days. If you haven't seen your score report show up in your MyNCARB account on the 11th day after testing, definitely reach out to NCARB. "Maybe this would explain something.
