Mortise Hinge vs Surface Hinge

Are "Half Mortise" and "Full Surface" images wrong? It looks like the images titled "Full Surface" should be half mortise, and the image titled "Half Mortise" should actually be surface. Am I wrong? Please help.

  Yes. I agree. They should be swapped.
