Hi , wondering if someone can help with this scheduling question

  Hey Sandy,

  The correct response is June of Year 3. First, identify the date in the current schedule that construction will be completed (end of April). You'll notice that the question says the change order adds 15 days to the schedule which would push the construction end date into the middle of May. Add 1 month for project closeout, and occupancy would occur in June.

  thank you NCARB but what confuses me is that the questions says the document and the permit revisions (i.e. the change order revisions) can happen concurrently with the existing schedule , doesn't this mean that it can happen without affecting the schedule completion ?

  Hey Sandy,

  From a documentation perspective, yes you are correct. However, from a construction standpoint, the contractor has noted that this change order results in $25,000 and 15 days. So construction is extended by 15 days.

  hi Nick,

  Regarding PjM Case Study, we went over demo exam questions and we got 420 hours but it took us over 5 minutes to figure it out. Is is any chance you could explain how you got 420 hours for rest of hours to finish project
