Passed - Delay in forwarding to state?

Tomorrow will be the 60th business day since I passed my last exam section.  I've e-mailed NCARB twice in the time since the 45 days passed, just making sure there isn't a snag (there was when my state failed to forward some information previous).  Anyone else seeing delays like this?  Anyone with NCARB that keep take a peek?

  It's been 6-1/2 weeks since I completed the last exam and 4 weeks since I received the 45-day notice. I've paid the fees and dues. I am just waiting on NCARB to forward to my state.
