Architect prepares the Owner-Contractor Agreement?

It's my understanding that a lawyer should be preparing the Owner-Contractor agreement. I don't even think it's wise for the Architect to give the Owner any legal advice. Is this an Archiprep mistake or am I misinformed?

  As per AIA Document B101, 

  3.4.3 .... the Aerchitect shall assist the owner in the development and preparation of......(2) the form of agreement between the owner and contractor ....
