Prometric Canceled Exam and has not Re-scheduled it
It has been 13 days since Prometric canceled my exam due to the Winter storm that hit Texas. Prometric released a statement that it would take 7 days to update the canceled exam and reschedule for a later date.
It has almost been 2 weeks since my cancellation and I have reached out to them on 2 separate occasions and have not received any correspondence. I also tried calling them and was on hold for 2 hours.
NCARB promised they would work with Prometric to provide me with a reschedule, and that has not happened either! I refuse to pay another $235 for an exam that I never took due to Prometric's Test Cancellation.
I was well prepared to take my exam on the 17th, and it is very stressful not knowing when I will be able to re-schedule it.
NCARB, please provide me with the correspondence I need to move forward with the exam scheduling process!
