    An air-water induction systems use both air and water.  Air ducts supply high-pressure air to the spaces. Each space has an induction unit. The negative pressure induces air into the induction unit. The induction unit has no fans, the air has to be induced (hence the name).  They are not commonly used.  Hope this helps.
