The Transition to PSI?!??? Is it still happening????

Hey NCARB,

Summer of 2021 is approximately 4 months away. Are you still switching from Prometric to PSI this summer???? Your Stakeholders are trying to make plans and progress on their exams. When will you start communicating about this change??

Is NCARB anticipating any downtime or challenges with this transition?

Will seat credits be transferred to the new system?

Will there be any security, process or protocol changes from Prometric to PSI that people need to be aware of?

Will PSI be using the same software that Prometric uses or will making this switch fix problems with the testing software?

This change will affect me drastically. I will now have to drive 2 hours to a testing site vs the Prometric that is 15 minutes from me. I am now studying for PPD and PDD trying to get them done before NCARB changes the game again on us all. knowing how NCARB works, I am figuring we will get only about a 2-3 week notice.
