Seat Credit Expiration Date

I've purchased three seat credits before COVID gets started. I wasn't able to use any of them due to the circumstances. I just got a notification that the seat credits will expire in a week... Can we get an extension for the seat credit expiration date? We've got an extension for the rolling clock...

  I don't know if NCARB will issue a refund. The only way not to loose them is to schedule an exam and then just make sure you keep rescheduling it until you are ready. They are reinstating rescheduling fees but 30 days prior has no charge to change. (maybe keep it on a calendar with reminders) Now with that said no clue what happens when they change from prometric to the new testing center in June.

  Hello Anna, 

  Were you able to get a refund or something? I am in a similar situation where my credits purchased have been expired. I am very worried as i had also purchased 3 seat credits and that is a lot of money!
