Current exam - highlight tool

Have taken 4 tests in the last week. The Highlight tool has never worked in any of them. How do I get it to work?

  Hey Gerald,

  We have looked into the highlighter tool, and everything is working properly. Make sure you are selecting text within the item first and then clicking on the highlight button. You can test it out in the ARE 5.0 Demonstration Exam which can be accessed through your NCARB Record.

  PLEASE allow the highlighter and strikethrough tool to be used within the documents related to the case studies...well any document really. We should be able to highlight and strikethrough any test that we can see in order to keep track of things.
