Prometric canceled my exam less than 24 hrs in advance!

    Hey Sarah,

    I recommend contacting NCARB Customer Service by phone today if possible. They will be able to provide assistance.

    ProMetric seems almost criminal.  They put very little resources into their computer systems.  I  had an exam where I had three crashes.  When the proctor was rebooting the computer I saw that it was Windows 7.  Windows 7 isn't even supported by MS anymore.  I'm happy NCARB is dropping them.

    Joseph, I took an exam last Thursday and I noticed that the case studies took a while to regenerate.
