Failures at testing centers
My last 2 exams have crashed while testing. Making things even more difficult than what they already are. Time was lost from the clock and a constant distraction during the test. I was moved to 3 different stations. In the process of moving from station to station, there was over an hour lost. The process of having the test crash stepping outside the testing room, to go to another station respond a few questions, crashed again, and again throughout the test is not right. A report was written by the testing center to NCARB and NCARB's response was "It was determined that your testing experience does not warrant a seat credit."
An additional hour of back and forth with distraction during a test twice (during two tests) should warrant something. What a lack of service and consideration for all the time but into test preparations and money on test materials. This is very upsetting.

Hi Danny, I had the same experience on 9/25/20, as did my fellow coworkers this week. NCARBs poor performance in administering the tests is unacceptable. I will be writing a letter to my local state licensing board to review this issue with NCARB. I would suggest to maybe try the same. They are not going to listen to test takers.
