Scheduled prometric exam cancel and get credit for online
Hi, I live in Korea and I had scheduled my exams to take in Hong Kong (and was scheduled prior to Covid )since there are no test centers available in Korea.
Ever since covid, I postponed my exam schedule farthest I can, to end of December 2020.
Now that online proctored exam is introduced and I still cannot travel to Hong Kong due to Covid, I want to take these exams as proctored exams, but because my exams are already booked as prometric.
Can I cancel Prometric exam and still get my seat credits refunded so I can schedule then again as online proctored exms?? Please help!

Can I reschedule an in-person exam appointment to be taken via online proctoring?
Yes! When online proctoring launches on November 16, candidates will have the ability to reschedule an exam from an in-person to an online proctored experience. Keep in mind, there is no rescheduling within four business days of an exam date, so make sure your exam is scheduled for January or later in winter 2021 if you plan to switch it to online proctoring.Candidates must comply with both NCARB and Prometric requirements for online proctored exams. NCARB will elaborate on it's requirements later this month. For Prometric's requirements go to https://www.prometric.com/ProProctor.
