    Somayyeh,

Sorry to hear about your test center experience. I checked with customer relations and they informed me that you have already submitted a notice to them, thank you, and they are looking into your testing experience. One of NCARB's customer relations members will contact you privately.

    Hi Somaya,

Sorry about your experience and the exact same thing happened to me today during my PPD exam. Did you end up taking another test within 2 months? I just filed a ticket with the customer service and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

    Thank you!

    Hello friend,

Yes... I couldn't convince NCARB to re-take the exam before 60 days but I got reimbursed. And guess what? Second time second issue second story...

Best of luck to you ...

    NCARB sucks.

Hi, Somaya, sorry to hear your story; I hope you pass the ARE soon and get some deserved rest. It's hard, especially in the middle of a Pandemic.

The same thing happened to me last week. The software crashed 3 times (the screen would go blank), plus other issues, like not being able to review questions at the end of the test; or little annoying screens asking me if I wanted to refresh my page that would slow me down. Zooming in the pdfs wasn't working properly either. I've emailed NCARB about these issues; they haven't replied yet. I'm waiting for my score. I still have hope that I passed, we'll see!
