AIA Contracts (Website not containing the information)

I have started to study for my first exam (PjM) and I have read in several posts that there is a website about a lawyer that explain the AIA contracts very well, but that website seems to no longer contain that information.

Is there a new or another website that contains that information?

  Diego, I believe you are referring to Michael Shanahan who used to work for Schiff Hardin.  He taught (or still teaches?) a class and records his classes.  Many have found them to be very useful.
