Appointment cancelation by Prometric

I was scheduled to take PPD on June 6, Prometric cancelled it on May 15th, but NCARB has NOT given me the credit to schedule my new appointment! The only option shown on my NCARB is to buy seat credits! What a mess!!! Has anyone gone through this? Like when should I expect to get the credits back!?

  Hi Geraldine,

  Thanks for posting your question. NCARB is working on resetting canceled exam eligibilities and granting seat credits for those exams impacted by Prometric's social distancing policy. You should have a new seat credit in your record and be able to reschedule by the end of the week.

  Well Nick, it will be great if they also fix the appointment page, it is been down for 3 days! What a mess!!! Every single time I click “schedule exam” it says “page can’t be displayed” I have tried diferente computers, safari and google chrome, and diferente hrs. Very disappointing and frustrating!!!
