Amber Book - Pause Help

So I bought the Amber book package on a Black Friday special and it said you can buy it and pause it to use later to stop the month ticking away. I've emailed them twice about how to stop the clock but I've not been helped. Has anyone else had luck doing this?

  I've emailed them no less than 5 times in 5 days and received no response.  If you hear something from them, send them my way too!

  So sorry you had to deal with this. So frustrating! You have my word that we will allow you to pause your subscription. The software we use doesn't let us do this automatically, so we have to do it manually which is a bit more time consuming than you might think, and because so many signed up for the Black Friday sale, we're working our way through the backlog of emails to get everyone straight.
