    So sorry you had to deal with this. So frustrating! You have my word that we will allow you to pause your subscription. The software we use doesn't let us do this automatically, so we have to do it manually which is a bit more time consuming than you might think, and because so many signed up for the Black Friday sale, we're working our way through the backlog of emails to get everyone straight.
