Does your state make testing difficult? Does your state make testing easy?

I'm writing a blog post and I need your help. As you may know, the requirements to start exams vary considerably from state to state. I need nominations for "Most Difficult State" awards and "Least Difficult State" awards.

I know that some states may take a long time to actually mail your license, and others require you to jump through hoops to extend your testing period beyond three years. . . but I'm not talking about that: only about what you have to accomplish before you are allowed to sit for that first exam.

I also know that customer service varies widely between states. I'm saving that for another blog post and don't need that now.

And I know you folks with degrees from other countries have another order of magnitude in headaches to sit for exams. Again, I'm not looking for that content yet, as it will be the subject of a later blog post.

I'm just inquiring as to what your state asked you to do before you could sit for the exams when you have a U.S. accredited architecture degree.
