Does anyone have a good study plan that references books/AIA forms for the PCM exam, ideally with tips and chapter markups on which sections to focus on?

YYHUANG The resources listed in the ARE 5.0 Guidelines are a great place to start. See page 113 for the PcM reference guide (primary/supplemental references) and page 117 for AIA contract documents.

For AHPP specifically, check out the free Wiley study guides. There are guides for each division, which identify key chapters/sections tied to the NCARB objectives. I found these super helpful when I was studying for the ARE so that I could target specific topics that were relevant, rather than reading the book cover to cover.
