Provisional Feedback did not show up

I took PDD on 5/17/25 and got a PSI error message about unstable bandwidth after completing the test, and the test closed on its own. Provisional feedback did not show up.

  This happened to me yesterday as well. The PSI software crashed several times, taking 15-20 minutes to get back into my exam each time. Then, at the end, it just closed without showing me the option to view provisional feedback. Super frustrating and added a lot of stress to an already stressful situation.

  In the end, it took 6 hours to complete the exam- even though I had almost an hour left over in my testing time.

  This happened to me today as well. after submitting my exam. this was also the first time I saw the provisional feedback  "pass" I didn't see that for the other two that I had passed recently.
