When to take CE?
Hello,
I recently took my PcM and got the initial feedback that I passed. I'm studying for my PjM and was wondering is CE close enough to PcM and PjM to take it close to my second exam or will it be better to give it some time? I saw some people recommending to switch to technical exams before CE since it does have some elements of those exams, but I also have been told it's better to take PcM, PjM, and CE together and then move to the technical ones.
I would really appreciate it if you can give me some advice based on your experience.
Thanks!

It's more efficient to line up CE with PJM/PCM vs waiting to get through the technical exams and then take CE. There is some detailed drawing information on CE but it's more focused around the conditions of the A201/AIA contracts, project delivery methods, and making sense of the CDs that are being built. You won't need to know a lot of technical information but should be able to understand the drawings in relation to construction.
A lot of the contract info you read in PCM/PJM is also relevant in CE and it makes sense to line those up together than waiting to take it. Building code will also be relevant and a quick overview of clearances, egress, etc will help to prepare for CE. Good luck!
