Provisional Feedback Did not show up

Is there any way to get my provisional feedback after testing? I clicked on view provisional feedback after my exam and it just gave me a white screen.. Don’t want to wait 7-10 days for the official report.

    I had a similar experience recently taking the PcM exam on 04/13. I clicked to receive provisional feedback but that screen never showed. I was forwarded to the end of the exam with no way of clicking 'back' to view previous screens. It has been 7 days, official score is still pending on my NCARB record.

    This happened to me on 4/1 when I took PPD. I called NCARB to report it. It took 8 days to receive score report. They couldn’t give provisional feedback on the phone, just had to wait.

    I took the PcM test today and had a similar experience to those in this thread and previous threads from 2023. I selected to see the provisional feedback, but the page did not show up and exam ended. I took PjM last week (5/9/24) and it worked fine - I was able to see my provisional result. My availability to schedule tests is challenging and waiting 7-10 days for the results will impact which test I take next.

    Hi, i had the same issue. I’m sure that I click the lower right blue for knowing my provisional result (not the left red one). But did not show me the provisional score. I already called Ncarb and made a report of the incident.

    Hi all

    I had the same issue today with PDD  exam. Did anyone could manage provisional feedback of pass/ fail division. Thanks in advance.

    I took PcM yesterday and did receive provisional feedback (likely pass!).

    I just got back from taking PcM and the provisional feedback screen is broken for me as well - you can click to the screen where it's supposed to show the result, and has all the generic text explaining provisional feedback, but the "likely pass"/"likely fail" part was missing. Interestingly it worked just fine on PjM.

    I just finished my PPD and it happened to me too. It showed the genetic text page and then skipped straight to “You have finished your exam” page. This is ridiculous for how much money they charge us. I’m on a tight schedule and I need to make a plan for which exam to study for and take next based on my results.

    Happened to me too! First of all the Test center is pathetic, there was not even a open public restroom to access, then you can’t even drink water without pausing your exam but at the end you leave with all the confusion not knowing if you have even passed the exam or not. Seems like NCARB just wants to torture people so that they don’t even want to be licensed!

    This happened to me on 8/23/2025. From my understanding NCARB automatically gives the Provisional Feedback now with no need to click to see it. It did not show up on my exam. It is disappointing since I did spend a lot of money and time to take this exam. But on the Brightside I am still waiting for exam results and the pause did help me to reflect on all the hard work I put in to study, regardless if I pass or fail...

    Still waiting on my exam score. Today is day 6

    I took PcM today 6/6/26 and didn’t receive a provisional score. Just a white screen saying something like “test has been submitted “ ugh. It feels so anticlimactic!

    I took the same test in February 2026 and I was given my fail result asap!

    hello, took PPD today, 6/6/26. I didn't see the provisional results. it was just a screen screen that says my exam has ended. I was looking forward to the results. Not sure what happened. I guess we'll see. In the past when I have passed I'll received the score in 1 business day, if I fail it'll take the full 7 days lmaooo... any one else experience this?
