Pending Eligibility Approval

Under my exam tab, it has been "pending eligibility approval" forever. Please help me fix the issue. Thanks

  Hey Yunjie,

  NCARB controls ARE eligibilities for some jurisdictions but not all of them. You are most likely testing in a state that controls candidate eligibility to the ARE. I recommend calling NCARB Customer Service, and they can guide you through the process of becoming eligible for the ARE within your selected jurisdiction.
