Digital Whiteboard Issues in the Demo Exam

Hello NCARB and NCARB Community, 

I ran into an issue with the demo whiteboard feature and hoping there is an answer for this or that this doesn't happen in the actual test.

I activated the whiteboard feature and tried to place it towards the center of the screen. When I had placed it slightly towards the center bottom of the screen, the whiteboard disappeared. 

Then I noticed if I scrolled down there it was. In my attempt to bring it back up closer to the question view, it moved the whiteboard further down. Any attempt to move the whiteboard moves it further away from the question view. 

I figured if I closed the whiteboard it would reset, but it didn't.

Then I thought maybe if I go on to another question it would reset. It didn't.

The only way I've been able to reset the whiteboard is to end the demo exam and restart the demo again. 

To NCARB Community, did anyone else experience this?

To NCARB, how can I resolve this in the demo exam without restarting?
