I just took PPD today and had 2 crashes. I passed, but it's definitely a nerve wracking experience.

...Still waiting for prometric chat...and 20 hours later still waiting to recieve my support ticket number or anything else.

28+ hours later. still not support response or case #. Time to cancel my next test and shift careers.

Yes, crashed before I could even start PDD today. Never got to start the exam, I'm supposed to wait 3-5 days to reschedule in whatever slots are open... This could be another month of waiting.

On my last question with 8min remaining and the exam ended claiming I timed out. This is the 3rd glitch in my last 4 exams.

But I passed and it was my last exam, so good luck yall. NCARB please patch these faulty exams.

A week later and I still have had no response from Prometric or NCARB.

Does the time stop or do you get any time credit when these crashes happen? This is just so frustrating to know. I have an exam scheduled in a month.

I don't remember but I'll let you know when my exam inevitably crashes during my CE on Tuesday.

One of my crashes yes, the time paused and I started up again about where I had left off.

I definitely understand how frustrating this is when it happens. But I suggest not thinking about it before the exam and instead focusing on what you can control: covering your study material. If something does go wrong share your experience here. Maybe ncarb will pick up on it...

    Good luck!
