Wow Congrats!!!. I see we had similar strategy. I just passed Pjm, Pcm and CE. Going to PA. Could you share which resources were helpful for this specific test? Thank you

    Hi Carolina.

Sorry for late response. To answer your question, I mostly focused on Ballast notebook and its practice exams.

For this particular exam the Black spectacles videos were not as helpful as they were for my first three exams. (Just my opinion) But definitely mock-up tests are highly recommended. Take them as much as you can. Get familiar with ADA code, since I had 1-2 questions in regards to that. Review the different 4 methods involved in Historic buildings. (I had 2-3 questions for that.) Also Zoning is very important to learn. (4-5 questions)

Honestly the exam was much easier than what I was expecting, either because I took several mock-up tests, or I just got LUCKY!

Best of Luck and let me know the result! :)

PA is one of the harder divisions. Congratulations!

    Hi Jasdeep.

My studying resources were limited to what I mentioned in my first post.  I might not be the best person to answer about the other resources like Amber books.

For PcM I mostly used Ballast and Black Spectacles courses and their practice exams. There were some questions from CE as well, so I suggest to review the Agreement Types, Delivery Methods and AIA contract documents. Good luck!

    Thanks Gang Chen!

I remember how your comments were always helpful, even when I was part of ARE Forum back in 2013-2014.

... And now in this group! Thanks for whatever you are doing!
