Record Review - past 45 days

In late October (4 days after my last exam) I received the typical email stating that they are reviewing my Record for licensure in order to send to New York State and it may take to 45 business days. Well, it has been 45 days so I reached out to NCARB asking what my status was. I received an email back that stated they're experiencing high volumes of evaluation requests and are in the process of increasing staff levels. What should my next step be? Do I email again or call?

  Yes about a day later it was reviewed and sent to the state. I had to resend updated paperwork to the state and I am waiting to hear back from them.
