Recently passed PPD after multiple fails. The key this time was taking the StepUp ARE Group Coaching by Rebekka Klos. Used Ballast and ASC and followed the course outline by Rebekka and everything seemed to click this time around. Highly recommend the course and should have taken it earlier.
