ARE Appointment Canceled by PSI
What kind of games are these?
I was scheduled to take an in-person exam at a local PSI center in El Paso, TX on Aug. 7th of this year. Last week I got the email below telling me my appointment had been canceled. See the email screenshot attached. I log back on to my NCARB to re-schedule, and the same day w/ a slight time difference from what I had initially scheduled to test, is available to re-schedule. Again see the image attached. How can I trust further appointments won't get randomly canceled again? Is it because of the 15 mins difference in time from my original appointment? If so, how can this happen from the beginning? I thought the migration was for the better. This is a terrible issue for us that meticulously plan and program our exams into our lives.
Looking at some of the treads online, this, unfortunately, is a common issue with PSI. See the previous post in the ARE 5 Community here: https://are5community.ncarb.org/hc/en-us/community/posts/9774597117463-Appointment-cancelation-by-PSI
I have attached below a few other mentions in other forums of this happening to other candidates. Please see the last two images attached.
NCARB, can you please address this issue with PSI so that we candidates can worry about learning and mastering the exam content in order to test and not have to worry about whether their exam appointment will get randomly canceled last minute? Can you please provide some reassurance as to the nature and reason for these cancelations?
Thank you for your help and assistance.
