    Hi Luis,

A PSI test center will typically only close because of weather, a power outage, an internet outage, a building issue, or other event outside of the control of NCARB. When a test center does close for an unforeseen event, PSI informs NCARB immediately and our system sends out an email to impacted candidates. You should also see a replacement seat credit in your NCARB Record. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I recommend reaching out to NCARB Customer Service if you have any additional questions about your exam cancellation.

Same here, no reasoning, just an email from NCARB saying test is cancelled and a new seat is refunded. The testing vendor before used to at least let us know what caused the cancellation.

The same thing happened to me when I took the tests in March. I received a notice of cancellation about a week before with no explanation. I was able to immediately rebook them online on the same days as they were originally scheduled… at the same test center.
