PA practice exam
Has NCARB updated the PA practice exam? I don't want to waste time if it still has not been fixed. Thanks

Todd,
I agree with you. The new practice exams, while more graphic, have not been vetted properly and are filled with inconsistencies. I'd use the Demonstration Exam inside your NCARB acct.
Hope this helps!

Anybody know the why an Interior Designer is need in this question...
An architect is working on an airline club at an airport in the northeast United States. The airport has strict acoustic criteria and wants to pursue LEED Gold certification. Which consultant should the architect include on the project team? Check four that apply?
A. Public Health consultant
B Sustainability Consultant
C. Food Service Consultant
D. Aviation Consultant
E. Acoustic Consultant
F. Interior design consultant

interior designer makes sense here as there's a lot of furniture, and finish changes with the area colorings. let an interior design consultant handle that stuff. You don't need an aviation consultant since you're just doing a lounge at an airport, not a runway or baggage terminal.
I personally found PA practice question 44 to be completely ridiculous. It is contradictory in many ways but the first item is the glaring inconsitency between "3 levels of apartments" and having to place the professional service people on the top floors of the three story buildings. are we saying three total levels? Three distinct levels? I take issue with pretty much everything in this question including the visual style and perspectival placing format too. additionally, there is no info that states what the service drive is.
