Where is NCARB’s response to the case study glitch???

    Hi all,

    NCARB has completed its investigation into and implemented a solution for the intermittent technical issue related to case study items. Over the past week, a small number of candidates encountered some case study resource tabs not loading during their exam administration. NCARB worked with its exam vendors to identify the source of the problem and implement a solution as quickly as possible.

    We understand that if you encountered this issue, the impact was significant, and we apologize for the stress and frustration it may have caused.

    If you encountered this technical issue and have not already informed NCARB customer service, please do so in writing immediately. If you were unable to view case study resources and answer the case study items, NCARB will provide you with a free exam seat so you can schedule a new attempt at no cost. NCARB will also review your exam results and may waive the 60-day retake policy in this instance depending on your progress and performance prior to the case study items.

    If you already reported an issue to our Customer Relations team, we will respond as quickly as possible.

    Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

    I have one in a week should I move it? No one has gotten any meaningful feedback?

    I have PA scheduled on Tuesday and still did not receive an official response from NCARB that this problem has been resolved. I’m calling the PSI center today where I’m taking my tests to see if this happened again yesterday. 
    Please anyone who experienced this on their test yesterday or today please report it so we know 9f we should reschedule.

    i had an exam scheduled for February 4th and last night it was cancelled. Seems like the center cancelled all of NCARBs exams for the month of February...  i'm wondering if other test centers will do the same or if its just my test center having building issues.

    I cancelled my remote proctoring exam, which was supposed to be on 30 Jan, I rescheduled to 5th Feb hoping the issue will be resolved. I found several seats at Feb, I'm not sure if the case study issue will be reflected in the remote proctoring exam as well?

    It is CRAZY how so many people are having the same issue (including me who failed my LAST exam due to this issue) and NO POSITION on NCARBs behalf! They NEED TO OWN UP THIS RECURRING INCIDENT! The 60 day wait, after being INSTRUCTED BY THEIR CONSULTANT (PSI) to finish the exam goes AGAINST their “rules”
