If you find that the principals time is 23.5 would you round up to 25 or round down to 20?

Yes, find Principal first, then PA and AD, and lastly PM. Principal time is 25% of 40hrs. PA and AD are 100% of 40hrs (max utilization). Then PM is what is leftover of the fees.

I have the same question as Brandon about whether to round up or down for the PM hours (answer 20 or 25?)... I got 20.625 hours. See work below:

The PM would be 20 hours. The extra .625 hours would be to treat the staff to a latte at the end of the project. That is the description I found in the NCARB ARE handbook.
