Who creates and maintains the punch list? Every source I’ve studied thus far (Ballast, Amber Book, and Black Spectacles) says something slightly different on this.

  Look it up in AHPP for this exam.  In the version I have, it's on p730.

  The contractor prepares the punch list.  But EVERYONE does the punch walk thru and adds items that they notice too.  In AHPP it says that the architect can prepare the punch list, but it'd be an extra fee.
