Developer vs Construction Manager
I recently came across a Practice Management practice test discussing managing risk concerning taking a job with a developer compared to a project with a construction manager. Is one entity inherently risker to architects? Are there pros and cons?

A construction manager does some of the tasks an architect normally does - like cost estimates. So, I'd say that'd lower our risk.
Hope this helps!
