Issue with Pennsylvania License Board website

Is anyone experience issue with the Pennsylvania License Board website?

I submitted my application a month ago and check the page for updates every single day. However, an error seems to be showing since few days. Tried different browsers, privacy modes, systems etc , however the same error. Is anyone else experiencing this as well?

  I don't have experience with PA, but I'd call them and NCARB to check the status.  Did NCARB forward your records yet?  

  I think the process does take awhile (weeks, not days!)
